Welcome to Carrywell Consulting. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Service Agreement

Carrywell Consulting provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) consulting services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms, and you understand that any violation may result in the termination of our agreement.

Payment Terms

Fees for our consulting services are due upon receipt of an invoice. Payment methods accepted include credit card, wire transfer, and check. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your consulting services agreement at any time by providing written notice to Carrywell Consulting. Refunds for services not yet rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Carrywell Consulting, including but not limited to reports, analyses, and recommendations, remains the exclusive property of Carrywell Consulting. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content for your internal business purposes only.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared during the course of our consulting engagement. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of our agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Carrywell Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the consulting services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the same jurisdiction.
